We have an opportunity for a Fleet Manager to join a unique and award-winning housing association.
As a Fleet Manager you will be responsible for the operational management, delivery and performance of our fleet of vehicles, with a focus on vehicle and driver safety, sustainability and value for money.
We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, who is confident working with systems, who strives for improvement and who is also hands-on with the everyday requirements of the fleet.
You will be someone who has an eye for detail and can help us manage service providers and the services that surround the running of this service.
The successful applicant will have the ability to manage our fleet – whether it be vehicle and licence checks, budget monitoring or fuel card management. It would help considerably if you have previously worked with telematics equipment too.
A positive approach to excellent customer service, care delivery and a commitment to quality is also required for this role as is a strong administrative ability. You should be comfortable with every aspect of fleet management from procurement to disposal.
