We are seeking an experienced income recovery specialist who must be able to demonstrate they can communicate clearly and effectively with empathy.
Responsibilities
- Attend Court and First-tier Tribunal regularly as a representative of Phoenix and support residents to engage with reasonable repayment agreements.
- Follow procedures to successfully manage evictions when necessary.
- Write reports and record and maintain statistical/performance information (KPI's).
- Be pro‑active in dealing with complaints where possible and share customer feedback with the Income Manager for use in improving the service.
- Be responsible for complaint investigations.
Qualifications
- Experience in service charge and rent recovery and a solid understanding of the regulatory requirements of rent and service charge setting.
- Strong team player with excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Excel, Sharepoint, Microsoft, MRI, Money Claims Online and Possession Claims Online.
- Excellent communication skills with empathy.
