About the role:
We're looking for Housing officers committed to working within the community. As a Housing Officer, your focus will be to provide an effective housing management service managing your own patch. Responsibilities will include tenancy management, identifying and attending estate improvement works, dealing with minor anti-social behaviour/neighbour disputes, developing relationships with residents on your patch and working with vulnerable residents
As a resident-led housing association, a significant part of your role will involve resident involvement and community development, working collaboratively with our residents as well as our external partners and agencies to meet our performance standards.
About you:
We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record in housing management, are self-motivated and can demonstrate a high level of empathy, tenacity and confidence when addressing a variety of issues and who thrive when proactively working with residents, colleagues and partners to improve our services.
Success in this position requires someone who is organised, is responsive and has the ability communicate with staff, residents, and stakeholders in a positive manner.
This role is subject to a DBS check.
