About the role
As a Housing Operations Manager you will lead and develop a team of Housing Officers and an extra care Housing Officer ensuring that every member of the team delivers excellent customer service and works collaboratively across Phoenix.
You will also lead on maintaining our Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance (DAHA) Gold accreditation.
About you
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and passionate about providing a great service to our residents. You are comfortable leading a team, managing operational delivery and maintaining high standards in a visible, customer focused role. xgikmsk
