About the role:
As a Community Safety officer, you will be part of a small specialist team responsible for tackling serious, high risk antisocial behaviour and hate crime impacting on Phoenix residents. This role will work on complex casework in conjunction with the Housing management team and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders including the Council, Police, and other relevant agencies. You will assist in developing best practice and improvements in service delivery incorporating the relevant legislative and policy changes. You will support residents in an empathetic , proactive problem-solving manner by taking robust, but proportionate, action.
About you:
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and passionate about providing a great service to our residents. You must be experienced in dealing with anti-social behaviour in social housing , comfortable working in a small team to maintain high standards in a visible, customer focused role. You will need to be resilient and can manage your own workload with competing priorities to meet deadlines and performance management targets. xgikmsk
