At Phoenix, the Governance and Regulation Officer plays an integral role within the function by contributing to the effective operation, continuous improvement and integrity of Phoenix's governance framework. We are looking for someone to take responsibility for ensuring well-organised, clear and complete record keeping of all regulatory and governance documentation.
An individual with experience of providing administrative support in a governance or related function, ideally this will be within a housing context. Are you experienced in managing conflicting priorities and meeting tight deadlines? We are especially looking for experience of minuting and organising meetings, including follow-up actions and tracking progress. Good inter-personal skills are critical for this role as you will be a key point of contact for board and committee members.
