Must live within a commutable distance to Batley WF17 – ESSENTIAL DRIVING LICENCE\\n\\n£12.65 per hour (Enhanced pay for unsociable hours between 9pm & 5am))\\n\\nEarly starts are necessary, usually around 5am but can be earlier\\n\\nFull time position – minimum 37.5 hours per week\\n\\nOvertime is available\\n\\nOccasional night & weekend work required\\n\\n\\n\\nUniform & PPE training provided\\n\\nMonthly Pay - last Friday of every month\\n\\nLots of training opportunities\\n\\nStaff socials\\n\\nRegular staff meetings\\n\\nCompany pension\\n\\n21 days holidays plus bank holidays\\n\\n\\nPhoenix Cleaning Company provide commercial and domestic window cleaning services across Yorkshire, Manchester and surrounding areas. Additional services may include gutter clearing, pressure washing, carpet cleaning & cladding cleaning. \\n\\nOperatives are expected to be smart, presentable & polite when attending clients homes or businesses.
This role is a varied one that mainly requires working outside so you must be prepared to work in all weathers. The nature of the role also includes varied start times, usually between 4.30am - 6am, although occasionally earlier start times & night work may be required.\\n\\nOur yard is located in Batley but this role would be suitable for anyone living in the Kirklees or Wakefield area's as we have clients across Yorkshire & beyond.\\n\\n\\n\\nWhat will be expected of you:\\n\\nBe accountable for your own behaviour; work safely, have a positive attitude, turn up to work on time & use your own initiative \\n\\nFlexibility for start & finish times and occasional weekend & night work \\n\\nBe professional at all times, be smart & presentable, wearing Company Uniform\\n\\nWork to expected standards, have pride in your work & attention to detail\\n\\nBe physically able to lift cleaning equipment & machinery\\n\\nWork as part of a team or on your own, to deliver best value to our clients
