What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 6 months paid UK care experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism
  • Experience working in a senior or lead support role (preferred)
  • Driver with access to your own vehicle preferred (due to varied shift locations)
  • A genuine passion for promoting independence, dignity, and choice
  • Reliable, professional, and flexible with working patterns
  • Confidence supporting individuals with varying levels of need, including complex behaviours
  • Ability to support staff, act as a positive role model, and follow care plans accurately
