Phoenix Care Staff are looking for compassionate, experienced, committed Senior Care Assistants to provide exceptional person‑centred care to vulnerable adults in our residential, nursing and supported living settings. Here at Phoenix Care Staff we believe in fostering strong partnerships with our clients, working closely with them to be the solution to their staffing needs. 12 months UK experience and a NVQ level 3 in health and social care is required for this role, however we do provide online mandatory training if no proven certificates.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing and monitoring patients' needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff
- Administering medication and treatments as prescribed
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
