Overview
Phoenix Care Staff are looking for compassionate, experienced, committed Senior Care Assistants to provide exceptional person-centred care to vulnerable adults in our residential, nursing and supported living settings.

Responsibilities
- Assessing and monitoring patients\’ needs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff
- Administering medication and treatments as prescribed
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
Qualifications
- 12 months UK experience and a NVQ level 3 in health and social care is required for this role; online mandatory training is provided if no proven certificates.
