What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 6 months paid UK care experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism
- Experience working in a senior or lead support role (preferred)
- Driver with access to your own vehicle preferred (due to varied shift locations)
- A genuine passion for promoting independence, dignity, and choice
- Reliable, professional, and flexible with working patterns
- Confidence supporting individuals with varying levels of need, including complex behaviours
- Ability to support staff, act as a positive role model, and follow care plans accurately
