What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 6 months paid UK care experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism
  • Driver with access to your own vehicle preferred (due to varied shift locations)

  • Reliable, professional, and flexible with working patterns
  • Confidence working with different levels of need, including complex behaviours
