We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care and support to our residents within our nursing homes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated and supportive team, where you will play a key role in planning, delivering, and evaluating person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities- Update and maintain accurate daily care plans
- Ensure the highest standards of care, welfare, and safety for all residents
- Monitor and support the performance of care staff
- Administer and accurately record medication in line with policies and procedures
- Develop and review individualised care plans
- Ensure each resident’s needs are fully understood and consistently met
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
- Active NMC PIN
- Enhanced DBS clearance
