Main Duties:
- Carrying out general housekeeping tasks
- Assisting residents with personal care, including washing, showering, and dressing
- Providing reassurance and emotional support through conversation
- Making and changing beds
- Serving meals and supporting residents during mealtimes
- Safely using moving and handling equipment
- Supporting individuals who may display challenging behaviour
