Phoenix Care Staff provides flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle and support the work/life balance you deserve. We are currently recruiting experienced and dependable care staff who are available to start immediately. Days preferred.
Main Duties:
- Carrying out general housekeeping tasks
- Assisting residents with personal care, including washing, showering, and dressing
- Providing reassurance and emotional support through conversation
- Making and changing beds
- Serving meals and supporting residents during mealtimes
- Safely using moving and handling equipment
- Supporting individuals who may display challenging behaviour
