Phoenix Care Staff are searching for experienced Healthcare Assistants who aspire to provide care to vulnerable adults that they truly deserve! We are looking for staff who are compassionate about care and wish to truly make a difference to people’s lives. Phoenix Care Staff is a successful family owned company and is located in Lancaster.
Responsibilities
- Building positive relationships with the residents
- Person centred approach
- General housekeeping
- Assisting clients with daily personal care such as washing, bathing, toileting, feeding
- Provide care and assistance to the highest level
- Working with challenging behaviour
