Phoenix Care Staff are a successful family-owned agency, and we are seeking experienced Support Workers, that have a passion to care for others to start as soon as possible. We are looking for staff who are understanding and compassionate about supporting people in the care sector. Salary Pay starts from £11.44 with flexible hours to suit you and your life, for that perfect work/home life balance, full time, and part time.
Responsibilities
- Person centred approach.
- Personal care – assisting Clients to wash, dress and assisted with personal hygiene.
- Working with challenging behaviour.
- Building positive relationships with residents.
- Supporting residents to feel at home and relaxed.
- Supporting clients to carry out day to day activities.
