Child support worker - £13.50ph - Weekly pay
Phoenix Care Staff are looking for experienced Children's Support Workers to join our team, supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours.
We have a range of shifts available, including day shifts, waking nights and sleep-ins.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 6 months' experience working in care/support work
- Experience supporting children or young people with learning disabilities and complex needs
- Experience managing challenging behaviours
- A full UK driving licence is preferred
- Reliable, caring and confident in providing person-centred support
- Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts
