Phoenix Care Staff is a successful family‑owned agency and we are looking for experienced Senior Healthcare Assistants who have a genuine passion to care for others. The role starts as soon as possible.
We offer a competitive rate of pay starting from £14.80 with flexible day or night shifts, part‑time or full‑time hours to support a healthy work/life balance.
Duties:
- Assisting residents with personal care (wash, dress, toilet, personal hygiene)
- Serving food or assisting residents to eat
- Using moving/handling equipment
- Supporting residents to feel at home and relaxed
- General cleaning duties
- Supporting other staff members
- Providing emotional and physical support
- Mobility and comfort support
- Housekeeping – maintaining a safe and tidy environment
