Phoenix Care Staff are a successful family-owned agency, and we are seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants who have a genuine passion to care for others. If you want to get out into the community, working in residential and nursing homes, this is the job for you!

We offer a competitive rate of pay starting from £14.80 with flexible hours to suit and support you with your work/life balance. Phoenix currently offers flexible working hours including day or night shifts; part time or full time hours are also available.

Requirements:

  • 6 months experience working in the UK

Duties will include:

  • Personal care – assisting residents to wash, dress, toilet and assist with personal hygiene.
  • Serving food or assisting residents to eat.
  • Using moving/handling equipment.
  • Supporting residents to feel at home and relaxed.
  • General cleaning duties.
  • Supporting other staff members.
  • Provide emotional and physical support.
  • Mobility and comfort.
  • Housekeeping – maintaining a safe and tidy environment.
