Phoenix Care Staff is a successful family-owned healthcare agency, and we are currently seeking experienced Nurses who have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and are available to start as soon as possible. If you enjoy working within the community and supporting residents in residential and nursing homes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
We offer competitive pay rates starting from £23.00 per hour (rate can be adjusted as required), along with flexible working hours to support your work/life balance.

Requirements
- A valid UK NMC registration
- Minimum of 6 months’ nursing experience within the UK
- A caring, compassionate, and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Duties Include
- Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
- Monitoring residents’ health and wellbeing
- Developing and updating care plans
- Providing emotional and physical support to residents and families
