We are in search of an experienced nurse to deliver care and support to our lovely residents within our nursing homes. If successful, you will join a dedicated team, and will oversee planning and evaluating care plans. This role will consist of:
- Updating daily care plans
- Ensuring the care, welfare and safety of all residents is maintained at a high standard
- Monitoring the performance of care staff
- Safely recording medication
- Creating care plans for the residents
- Ensuring every person’s needs are understood and met
The successful candidate must have:
- A registered General Nurse or Mental Health qualification
- An active NMC PIN or awaiting your NMC PIN
- A clear DBS
