We are looking for staff who are understanding, compassionate, and have strong communication skills to build trust with service users, residents, and staff who are driven by passion about supporting people in the care sector. Requirements:- 6 months experience working in the UK
- Driver’s License (Own Car)
- Person centred approach
- Personal care – assisting clients to wash, dress, and assist with personal hygiene
- Working with challenging behaviour
- Building positive relationships with clients
- Supporting residents to feel at home and relaxed
- Supporting clients to carry out day to day activities
- Supporting service users with physical and learning disabilities
