Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, personal hygiene)
- Assisting with meals or supporting residents to eat
- Using moving and handling equipment safely
- Supporting residents to feel comfortable, safe, and at home
- General housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe environment
- Working effectively as part of a team
- Providing emotional and physical support
- Assisting with mobility and use of mobility aids
