Phoenix Care Staff, a successful family‑owned agency, is currently seeking experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our team. If you have a genuine passion for caring for others and want to work within residential and nursing home settings, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months UK care experience
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting and hygiene support)
- Assisting residents with meals or feeding where required
- Using moving and handling equipment safely
- Supporting residents to feel comfortable, safe and at home
- Carrying out general cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Working collaboratively with other staff members
- Offering emotional and physical support
- Assisting with mobility and ensuring residents’ comfort
- Maintaining a clean, safe and tidy environment
