Phoenix Care Staff are a successful family-owned agency, and we are seeking experienced Senior Healthcare Assistants who have a genuine passion to care for individuals to start as soon as possible. If you want to get out into the community, working in residential and nursing homes, this is the job for you!
We offer a competitive rate of pay starting from £14.80 with flexible hours to suit and support you with your work/life balance including flexible working hours and day/night shifts.
Duties will include:
- Personal care – assisting residents to wash, dress, toilet and assist with personal hygiene.
- Serving food or assisting residents to eat.
- Using moving/handling equipment.
- Supporting residents to feel at home, comfortable and relaxed.
- General cleaning duties/housekeeping – maintaining a safe and tidy environment.
- Ability to support and work within a team.
- Provide emotional and physical support.
- Mobility – helping service users use their mobility aids.
