Phoenix Care Staff are looking for an experienced Support Worker who is committed to helping others and ready to start working as soon as possible. We seek staff who are understanding, compassionate, have strong communication skills, can build trust with service users and residents, and are driven by a passion for supporting people in the care sector.

Requirements:- 6 months experience working in the UK
- Person centred approach.
- Personal care – assisting clients to wash, dress and assist with personal hygiene.
- Working with challenging behaviour.

- Supporting residents to feel at home and relaxed.
- Supporting clients to carry out day to day activities.
- Supporting service users with physical and learning disabilities.
