About the Role
Phoenix Care Staff are a family-run business looking for friendly, experienced caregivers to join our team. Experience is essential for this role. Good communication skills, patience, and commitment are must-haves. An up-to-date DBS is essential, and we can provide the application if needed. A driving licence is helpful but not required. Candidates must have at least 6 months prior experience as a Senior Care Assistant and an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. You can choose your working hours – day, night, full-time, part-time or ad-hoc shifts, to suit your work/life balance.
