Phoenix Care Staff are currently seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated team, working in Care Homes across Lancaster and the surrounding areas. Immediate starts available!
We offer a competitive hourly constant rate of £12.21, plus holiday pay and contund provide weekly pay for your convenience.
The ideal candidate will hold a practical Moving and Handling certificate and have a genuine passion for delivering high‑quality care.
We provide part‑time, full‑time, and flexible working hours to fit around your lifestyle—helping you achieve the work‑life balance motivations you’re looking for.
