We’re currently looking for experienced, compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated team. Whether you’re looking for full-time, part-time, or flexible shifts, we’ll work around your lifestyle and commitments. We offer a competitive rate of pay from £13.68 (does not include holiday pay).
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and maintaining personal hygiene
- Helping residents to feel comfortable, supported, and at home
- Supporting mealtimes, including serving food and assisting with eating where needed
- Carrying out light cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a safe environment
- Building positive, trusting relationships with residents and colleagues
- Working collaboratively with other staff members to provide excellent care
