We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join the team at Fort George café. Situated within the impressive barracks of Fort George, there is a warm and welcoming café, where bacon rolls, soup, scones and sandwiches are made fresh daily alongside other light bites and cakes. We always strive to provide an exceptional experience for tourists and soldiers that like to enjoy a break away with us.
About the Team Leader role:
- Assist the Manager in the daily running of the café and act as deputy in their absence.
- Ensure product availability and consistency.
- Complete daily tasks to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Maintain customer experience to the highest standard at all times.
- Ensure Food and Health and Safety regulations are always followed.
The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service and leadership skills.
