Duties

• Deliver a range of beauty treatments such as facials, waxing, and skincare routines
• Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the treatment area in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Build rapport with clients to ensure repeat business and positive reviews
• Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow
• Educate clients on aftercare procedures and product recommendations

Qualifications

• Proven experience or training in makeup application and general beauty therapy techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Strong communication skills to effectively understand client needs and explain treatments clearly
• Fluency in English is essential for effective interaction with clients and team members
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple appointments simultaneously
• A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or related field is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles
