Requirements: We are looking for someone who can lead from the front, is commercially astute, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. While not all criteria are essential, the following attributes would make you an ideal candidate:

  • Proven leadership experience, managing field-based sales teams within FMCG, oral nicotine, or a similar sector.
  • Strong client relationship skills, with the ability to balance client needs and internal business objectives.
  • Commercial acumen, with a track record of managing KPIs and driving sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with a focus on coaching and team development.
  • Adaptability and resilience, working effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

A normal weekly working pattern of this role is 3 days at home, 2 days in the field with your team, participating in their day job whilst coaching and supporting their ongoing development. There may also be an expectation to visit head office or clients' office. Flexibility for frequent travel, including overnight stays is a minimum requirement.
