Position Overview
The Key Account Executive (KAE) will play a critical support role within the commercial team, working closely with Senior National Account Managers to ensure the seamless execution of account strategies across major UK retail partners. This role demands attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a proactive mindset to help drive the commercial success of our nicotine alternatives portfolio.

Requirements
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a commercial support or account executive role, preferably in FMCG or retail
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Understanding of the UK retail landscape and/or nicotine alternatives is a plus
