This role sits at the heart of that change. If you are an innovator who is excited by working with technology that directly impacts clients, this is a unique opportunity for you to be involved in the early stages of the development of a forward-thinking application, with a critical focus on enhancing the user experience, while leveraging contemporary Cloud technologies from AWS, and contemporary development technologies and frameworks such as JAVA 17, Springboot 3.0, Cucumber and Allure.

- Evaluate feature usage and client behaviour data to make evidence-based recommendations for roadmap prioritisation.
- Identify patterns across product lines and surface insights that inform strategic product and commercial decisions.
- Produce high-quality functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that give development teams everything they need to move without ambiguity.
- Own process documentation across complex workflows to ensure they are accurate, version-controlled, and audit-ready.
- Maintain a clear decision trail for significant product and change decisions, ensuring the business can account for what was agreed, by whom, and when.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to feed discovery intelligence into roadmap sessions and planning cycles.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure requirements are technically sound and well understood before work begins.
- Partner with client-facing teams to ensure product and release communications are accurate, well-framed, and appropriately timed.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with internal and external stakeholders to define problems, validate solutions, and drive alignment.
- Support the scoping and costing of change requests, ensuring commercial implications are understood before any commitment is made.
- Identify opportunities where client demand could inform core platform development connecting what clients are paying for to what gets built.
- Contribute structured, evidence-based analysis to business cases for new features and platform investments.
Skills & Competencies (What we’re looking for)
- 4 years’ experience in a Business Analysis role, preferably within a regulated financial services environment, and preferably within a mortgage servicing environment.

- Excellent written communication: your requirements, process maps, and artefacts are precise, clear, and built to last.
- Strong analytical thinking: you interrogate problems before you document solutions.
