Purpose of the role
Provide comprehensive organisational and facilities support for Studio, Visuals, and Showroom activities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key support to Studio Coordinator in all activities around Studio organization.
  • Pull collection samples for upcoming events and needs (Trainings, Press appointments, Styling sessions, Shoots, Showrooms), as well as Press requests.
  • Ensure general upkeep and tidiness for zero damage to samples. Manage dry cleaning as needed.
  • Keep on top of model calendar and Studio requirements. Book models for fittings and styling, update the team on bookings and oversee process.
  • Organise all in house casting for the RTW team, and help keep model budget tracker up to date, flagging any issues.
  • Ensure model welfare and proper welcoming, supports.
  • Logistic and administrative support on peak periods in Studio and Showroom calendar.
  • Meticulous support on the set up and pack down of shoots/styling sessions internally and externally, including detailed packing list for external transport.
  • Support in carnet logistics, and protection with the guidance and support of Operations team for shoots outside the UK.
  • During shoots abroad, help facilitate late additions and urgent shipments.
  • Set up spaces and refreshments for all Studio meetings.
  • Eventual sample sale set-up support.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience Required

  • Highly computer literate, particularly in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Professionalism and a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently, with an acute sense of responsibility and accountability with a well-developed sense of maturity, judgement, and self-confidence to deal with senior and high profile internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments quickly and efficiently while showing diplomacy and sensitivity.
  • Proactively think ahead, anticipate needs and be confident in taking the initiative.
  • Ability to be very flexible, to re-prioritise and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Solution orientated with a creative approach to problem solving.
  • Strong communication skills including excellent written and spoken English, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to organise space, with good housekeeping as second nature.
  • Ability to remain calm, positive and professional in a fast paced, high-pressure environment and work around challenges.
