The Talent and Recruitment Manager will partner closely with the Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead global recruitment activity across the business. This role is responsible for developing and executing the company’s recruitment strategy, including sourcing, evaluating, and selecting exceptional talent who embody the standards, values, and DNA of the brand. The role will focus on building strong talent pipelines and delivering an outstanding candidate experience across all departments. As a key contributor to the company’s growth, the Talent and Recruitment Manager will ensure the right people are in place to drive business success.
In addition, this role will support the CPO in both the strategic and administrative management of the performance review process. This includes assessing the effectiveness of review frameworks, rating scales, and review frequency across head office and retail functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy & Planning
- Support the Chief People Officer (CPO) in developing and executing the global recruitment strategy.
- Translate strategic direction from the CPO into actionable hiring plans across departments.
- Provide market insights, talent mapping, and hiring data to inform strategic decisions.
- End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
- Support the CPO in managing the end-to-end recruitment process across all business areas.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, creating brand aligned Job Descriptions and deliver efficient hiring processes.
- For key projects define strategy and actions to deliver.
- Ensure all hiring activity aligns with frameworks, standards, and approvals agreed with the CPO.
- Talent Pipeline & Sourcing
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key and future roles.
- Execute sourcing strategies in line with direction set by the CPO.
- Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates to support ongoing business needs.
- Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
- Deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience aligned with company values and brand standards.
- Support and initiate the delivery of employer branding initiatives under the guidance of the CPO.
- Act as a brand ambassador throughout the recruitment process.
- Process, Governance & Reporting
- Implement and maintain recruitment processes, systems, and tools as agreed by the CPO.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, hiring approvals, and best practice standards (inclusive hiring practices, GDPR etc).
- Contribute to building diverse talent pipelines and promoting equitable hiring processes.
- Performance Management Support
- Support the CPO in design improvement and administration of the performance review process.
- Coordinate performance review cycles across head office and retail teams.
- Assist in evaluating and refining performance tools, frameworks, and rating scales.
- Support the HR team to provide operational support and guidance to employees throughout the review process.
- Compile and analyse performance data to support decision-making for the CPO.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience Required
- Minimum 7 years’ proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, ideally within a luxury fashion, fast-paced, growing organisation.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and candidate experience.
- Experience supporting or coordinating performance management processes.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track, analyse, and present recruitment insights.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Alignment with the company’s values, with a strong sense of professionalism and discretion.
