Purpose of the role
You will be responsible for supporting the Compliance & Sustainability team in ensuring that raw materials and products meet the brand’s highest quality demand and ensuring that we are compliant for global markets and have consistent traceability. Your role will comprise of assisting the team with projects related to the management of raw materials approval, product compliance and testing, sustainability documentation collection and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the definition of the testing programme, keeping track of test results, and updating internal databases.
- Communicating with vendors, mills, tanneries and laboratories on test requests, samples shipments and report release status and, chasing for updates.
- Delivering product compliance reports by preparing data and raw materials trackers.
- Being responsible for data accuracy.
- Building and maintaining a strong team relationship with vendors and internal departments.
- Working closely with the Product Development and Production teams to establish and maintain effective shipping processes.

- Fashion sensibility and knowledge of fashion, including knowledge of trends, the market, peer awareness and understanding the luxury consumer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Science or related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Product Compliance and/or Sustainability environments.
