Purpose of the role The Visual Merchandiser – Wholesale will act as a brand ambassador, who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining visual merchandising strategies and guidelines that enhance the customer experience, drive sales, and promote the brand’s image. This is a cross functional role working across retail and wholesale partners. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and a keen eye for detail to ensure that our retail spaces are visually appealing and aligned with our brand\’s identity. Responsibilities Guideline Execution: Ensure implementation of comprehensive visual merchandising guidelines for store layouts, window displays, and in-store presentations, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards. Ensure guidelines are clear, detailed, and easily executable by store teams across various locations. Conduct regular store visits to provide training, support, and feedback to store teams on visual merchandising techniques and best practices. Trend Analysis and Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to continuously innovate and enhance visual merchandising strategies. Experiment with new ideas and concepts to create engaging and dynamic visual displays. Performance Monitoring: Analyse sales data and customer feedback to measure the impact of visual merchandising initiatives and make data-driven adjustments. Report on the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts and provide insights for continuous improvement. Qualifications, Skills, Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Interior Design, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment. Proven experience in creating and implementing visual merchandising guidelines. Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Ability to travel to various store locations as needed.
