Purpose of the role

Support the team in delivering the end to end product development process across Accessories and leather goods.

Responsibilities

  • Support the PD team with tasks of development nature, connected to the admin and organization of the work
  • Raw Material admin
  • Invoice admin
  • Collection overview documentation management and various trackers
  • PO management - prototypes, samples, excess stock, codifying, organising and recording all invoices
  • Tracking budget for product development, prototypes and samples
  • Organising, filing and archiving samples, swatches and raw materials
  • Providing support to the product development team and design team
  • Updating boards and collection books
  • Support with sample/stock management
  • Input and update product information on the IT system, ensuring accuracy is maintained throughout the collection
  • Supporting with administrative and organisational tasks as required
  • Take care of shipments, tracking and monitoring deliveries to ensure arrival on time
