The Merchandising & Commercial Intern will support the Merchandising and Commercial teams in the day-to-day management of product data, inventory, pricing, and trading operations. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience across the product lifecycle, from collection planning and showroom support to order management and systems administration.
Responsibilities
- Merchandising Support
- Support with Product Lifecycle status updates and tracking
- Assist with product flagging across systems and seasonal assortments
- Conduct price sense checks to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Support Recommended Retail Price requests from Communications and Direct to Consumer teams
- Assist with product inventory management, including showroom support during collection pick-ups and ensuring campaign product alignment
- Commercial Support
- Update wholesale and retail orders in Brightpearl to reflect revised product references and pricing
- Support data clean-up activities to maintain accurate and efficient digital workflows
- Remove non-produced SKUs from systems and relevant documentation
- Sense-check product pricing and descriptions across the website
- Ensure website information aligns with the latest line sheets at all times
- Support retail stock transfers between stores
- Systems Support (Airtable, Brightpearl, JOOR)
- Assist with order creation in Brightpearl
- Support daily order allocation refresh (ATP A > Channel)
- Ensure product naming consistency across Comms and Merchandising documentation
- Follow up on code changes and update all relevant files; support communication via Merchandising Memo
- Update Level 1–5 data in Airtable for historical seasons
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain and update historical offer (collection file database)
- Support creation and maintenance of historical posters (visual collection recap)
- Assist with flatlay classification and naming for Macro
- Support competitor (comp) shop reporting
- Assist in setting up and maintaining the Merchandising calendar

Qualifications, Skills, Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or similar field
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
