The client advisor will embody the ethos and values of the brand. This is a department store opportunity where you will offer an exceptional client experience and build lasting relationships through a personalised and informed service. The client advisor will be commercially minded, whilst managing client interactions with discretion and respect. The role requires an interest in fashion, culture and the arts.

Responsibilities

  • Client engagement and sales performance
  • Provide an exceptional client experience by welcoming, advising and styling clients on product selections and informing them about the brand
  • Develop the client relationship; create and maintain strong and loyal relationships with clients
  • Understand and anticipate client needs, offer personalised recommendations and styling advice
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets

Product Knowledge

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the product collections, including campaign styling, fabrics and craftsmanship.

Visual Merchandising

  • Assist in maintaining the visual presentation of the store, ensuring that displays always adhere to the brand guidelines and are maintained throughout the day
  • Communicate with the manager or VM ambassador for the store on any product rotations and/or product needs to ensure consistency in display and its reflection of the brand.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with team colleagues to create a positive and productive work environment.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to monitor and progress sales throughout the month, retain up to date product knowledge and deliver business objectives

Brand Ambassador

  • Embody the brand's values and aesthetic in personal presentation and conduct
  • Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, competitor brands and relevant cultural events and exhibitions in the area

Qualifications, Skills, Experience Required

  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury fashion or high-end retail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele
  • A strong interest in fashion and the arts
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
