Purpose of the role

The Office Assistant will provide administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow for the Executive Assistant and assisting in managing the Creative Director’s schedule, communications, and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Assistant with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments for the Creative Director.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including organising files, drafting emails, and preparing documents, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Support the coordination of travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
  • Help manage correspondence, including emails, calls, and messages, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain office organisation and ensure necessary supplies are available.
  • Conduct research and provide insights to support creative projects and business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with different departments to facilitate seamless communication and operations.
