We are looking for a northern Operations Manager to join our team in Scotland and the north of England. Reporting into the Operations Director and working closely with the People team, you will be looking after 6 to 7 of our restaurants. With several new openings in the pipeline, the successful candidate will be involved in our upcoming expansion. We are very food, service and people focused, and we are looking for an Operations Manager who shares the same passions!
Overview: You oversee and remain ultimately accountable for the success and profitability of all aspects of restaurant operations in your area, ensuring Phos food and service standards are not only maintained, but continuously improved by having the right people and practices in place. As an integral part of the senior team, you are responsible for communicating the wider company message to all levels of management, to help ensure strategies and initiatives become consistent operational reality.
