Pho Edinburgh on Lothian Road is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to join our busy Pho restaurant. You’ll be second in command, supporting the Head Chef and mentoring wok, line, and salad stations.
The role offers a base salary of £34,700 plus tronc, with a total package up to £40,000, and a range of staff benefits including free meals, staff discounts, paid wages every two weeks, and industry training.
