We invite you to join Pho and be part of this stylish and lively restaurant brand. We’re looking for a cool and charismatic Assistant Manager to join our management team in Pho Tunbridge Wells. Salary offer of up to £44,400 is made up of a base of £31,500 plus earnings received through tronc.

What Pho is looking for:
- Minimum x1 years’ Restaurant Management experience
- Bar or restaurant experience, or a bit of both
- Big passion for food! As part of our management team, you’ll be expected to learn everything about our fresh food
- A people person ready to assist in staff training, development and rota scheduling
- Experience communicating with suppliers
- Comfortable using different systems as part of your day-to-day, e.g. Acquire for stock ordering
