We are looking for a Head Chef to join our busy Pho restaurant in Westfield Shepherds Bush. Our kitchen has a wonderful team of chefs who work very hard and are great at what they do, so it's important we find the right Head Chef who is going to be supportive, friendly and hands-on, always ready to help in the different sections of the kitchen.

Salary: up to £49,000 yearly (includes earnings received through tronc). Bonus reward of up to £6,000 a year.

About Pho: We are named after Vietnam’s famous noodle soup – PHỞ. A rich bowl of broth, rice noodle and plenty of meat (or veggies)! We also offer a variety of fresh dishes each day.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Hands-on chefs who are passionate about cooking fresh, vibrant and flavourful food
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Head Chef role
  • Experience managing a team of chefs (wok chefs, line chefs, sous chefs)
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Experience controlling stock and par levels through mindful ordering
  • Comfortable using different systems (e.g., Acquire for stock ordering)
