This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves developing others, building relationships, and making a real impact on team performance and guest experience. Supporting our Head of Training, General Managers and Operations Managers, you will play a key role in learning and development across our Front of House teams. From delivering inductions and supporting new restaurant openings to coaching managers and developing future leaders, you'll help create a positive learning culture across the business. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role involving regular travel across our restaurants, giving you the opportunity to work closely with teams and support the continued growth of Pho.

Key tasks will include:

  • Deliver engaging inductions and training sessions for new and existing team members
  • Manage and coordinate training programmes, events and learning activities
  • Support the onboarding and training of teams for new restaurant openings
  • Coordinate and oversee Management in Training (MIT) programme
  • Coach FOH managers and teams to improve performance, confidence and operational standards
  • Conduct regular site visits to support food knowledge, training and development
  • Monitor training completion, compliance and engagement across the business
  • Maintain and continuously improve training materials, SOPs and digital learning resources
  • Support the rollout of new business initiatives and operational projects
