Sous Chef - Pho - Covent Garden

We are looking for a Second Chef/Sous Chef to join our busy Pho restaurant in Covent Garden .

Our kitchen has a wonderful team of chefs who work very hard and are great at what they do. It’s important we find the right Second Chef who is supportive, friendly, and hands-on, always ready to help in different sections of the kitchen.

Salary offer of up to £17 per hour includes earnings received through tronc.

What Pho is looking for:

• Hands-on chefs passionate about cooking fresh, vibrant, and flavoursome food
• Second/Sous Chef with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Experience in a leadership role, assisting the Head Chef with managerial duties and mentoring team members
• Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations
