- Minimum one year of restaurant management experience, either in a bar, restaurant, or a mix of both.
- Big passion for food with a willingness to learn everything about our fresh offerings.
- A people person ready to assist with staff training, development, and rota scheduling.
- Experience communicating with suppliers.
- Comfortable using different systems as part of your day‑to‑day, e.g., Acquire for stock ordering.
