We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our new Pho restaurant opening in Waterloo. Compensation will be up to £41,400 per year, comprising a base salary of £32,400 plus earnings from tronc.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in staff training, development and rota scheduling.
  • Communicate with suppliers.
  • Use various systems such as Acquire for stock ordering.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of restaurant management experience (bar or restaurant).
  • Passion for food and willingness to learn about fresh food.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage a team.
